90-DAY / 3,000-MILE WARRANTY
Every motorcycle includes a 90-day limited warranty or 3,000-mile coverage, whichever comes first. Coverage begins on the date the motorcycle is registered in the buyer’s name.
This warranty is intended to protect against unexpected mechanical or electrical issues that may occur during normal street use shortly after purchase.
COVERAGE SCOPE
During the coverage period, the warranty applies to failures involving major mechanical and electrical components that affect normal motorcycle operation.
ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN
Coverage includes internal engine components, lubrication-related parts, transmission assemblies, and primary drivetrain components when failure occurs under normal riding conditions.
CLUTCH & POWER DELIVERY
Clutch components are covered when failure is not the result of misuse, abuse, or operation outside standard street riding conditions.
COOLING & FUEL SYSTEMS
Cooling system components and fuel delivery systems essential to normal engine operation are included in coverage.
ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS
Coverage extends to engine management components, sensors, charging system components, and electrical systems required for starting and normal operation.
REPAIRS & LOCATION
Warranty repairs are completed at a mutually agreed repair facility. There is no requirement to return the motorcycle to our dealership.
When needed, we coordinate directly with the repair facility to review, approve, and complete the repair process.
AUTHORIZATION & PROCESS
- Issues must be reported as soon as they are identified
- Repairs require prior authorization, except in emergency cases
- Diagnostics and repairs are performed through qualified service centers
This process ensures repairs are properly documented, efficient, and consistent.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
- Routine maintenance or scheduled service items
- Normal wear items (tires, brakes, belts, chains, sprockets, fluids, filters)
- Cosmetic or appearance-related issues
- Damage from misuse, abuse, overheating, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Track use, racing, or competition activities
- Modifications, tuning, ECU flashes, or aftermarket performance changes
- Issues caused by contaminated fuel, incorrect fluids, or improper storage
These exclusions reflect standard expectations for pre-owned motorcycles.
USE & MAINTENANCE
Coverage applies to motorcycles operated under normal street conditions and maintained according to manufacturer-recommended service intervals.
PRACTICAL OUTCOME
This warranty is designed so that if a genuine issue occurs shortly after purchase, it can be handled locally with minimal disruption.
While most motorcycles never require warranty service, when needed, the process is kept clear and straightforward.
